***Autostadt West will install and verify all required emissions equipment on the customer's vehicle, however, we are not responsible for
vehicles failing the EPA test due to the poor running condition of the vehicle's engine. Customers should ensure that their
vehicles are in good running order prior to import or contract with Autostadt West to perform any necessary additional work needed to
ensure that the vehicle is in good running condition.
Vehicles failing the EPA (or California EPA) test due to poor running condition will require repair and a retest at the customer's expense.
